Xtro Illusions Dance Company

Xtro Illusions Dance Company operates on a rolling subscription requiring a full upfront payment for your child's classes after their first trial. if your child joins mid term this will be added as a covering payment for the following month class subscription. Any late payments after two attempts of Xtro Illusions Dance Company collecting the subscription on the 1st of each month will acquire a £10 late payment charge. Cancellation requires 4 weeks notice in writing by email to Xtro.illusions@gmail.com with no refunds for any missed classes. Xtro Illusions Dance Company run all year round except during Christmas period and a scheduled week in august. Additionally, any annual leave coach's may take due to holiday leave, competition or showcase attendance.

PAYG or private lesson sessions - no refunds for cancellation within 48 hours of the session.

No parents / carers will be allowed to enter the studio during a session running and will be asked to remain outside the studio or to drop dancers of and leave the venue. All children under the age of 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the centre by staying in the building,

By enrolling your child onto our programme, parents/guardians and students agree to uphold the following standard of behaviour:

Treat all dancers, instructors, staff and other families with respect and courtesy at all times. Refrain from negative comments, gossip or criticism whether in person or online.

Be punctual and adhere to event schedules and guidelines. Follow venue rules and respect staff, judges, other dance schools and volunteers. Applaud all performers and maintain appropriate audience behaviour.

Zero Tolerance-

The following behaviours are not permitted:

Verbal or physical abuse

Bullying, harassment or discrimination

Questioning or challenging publicly or infant of dancers / schools

Negative discussions about other dancers, teams or results infant of children

Aggressive behaviour

Violations may result in:

Formal warning

Removal from competition events

Dismissal from club without a refund
